Description of objectOur beautiful newly furnished house is in a quiet residential area in Marathonas but just a few minutes walk from the sea, minimarket and tavernas. You have a fantastic view of the sea from all parts of the house and the garden. The upper floor has a large livingroom with kitchen with all modern conveniences. There are 2 balconies with a fantastic seaview. The lower floor has 3- 4 bedrooms with a terrace running outside. Small but exclusive pool with jacuzzi in the garden.
Location of objectThe island of Aegina is wellknown for its beauty, mild climate and history. Many Athenians choose to have their holiday homes here where pistacchio nuts and olives are picked and goats still roam the hills.

There is a frequent ferry/dolphin service to Pireus/Athens.
