Description of objectThere is a cosy terrace and a small pool as setting up basin with 3,50m to diameters and 1,20m depth. You also have a approx. 10m² piece of lawn. On the lockable property is also a sun-protected place for your car. The inside of the house is cosy-friendly furnished. In the ground floor are the living room with fire-place and the open kitchen (fully equipped) with dining corner. In addition there is the larger bathroom with bath tub. In the upper floor are the two bedrooms, one with double bed 140cm width), and the other one with two single beds. An additional setting up bed is possible. The bathroom in the upper floor has a shower.
Location of objectSurrounded by many pictorial old villages, castles and ruins as well as the Mont Ventoux, from whose summit one has a wonderful view up to the Mediterranean, the pretty village Malaucène lies. At sport and leisure-time facilities it offers among other things, mini gulf, fishing rods, riding, paraglider flies, (Kanu/Kajak with the car attainable). The landscape invites with its wine- and olive fields to extensive walks and bicycle touring (e.g. fantastic mountain tours). There is a bicycle rental business in the place. The Mont Ventoux (1912 m) has a large diversity of species at Flora and Fauna. It is among cyclists, wanderers and climbing-fans equally liked. Objects of interest that can be reached well with the car are e.g.: ' La Fontaine de Vaucluse ', ' Le Pond you Gard ', ' Les Baux ' and many more. 40 km to Avignon 115 km up to the sea.
