Description of objectNestled in the lush tropical mountain, approximately 600 metres from the coast, minutes away from beautiful and popular beaches( the beautiful Anse Royale beach just 3 minutes away and another beach also voted one of the most beautiful on Mahe, Anse Intendance, only about 7 minutes away), lies this new Holiday Villa with Ocean views, fully furnished and equipped with nothing spared. The Villa can be converted into 2 separate accommodation options as can easily interconnect and can also cater up to nine persons(including a folding bed)or part closed off to accommodate 4 or also accommodate 6 to 7 . Smartly designed and privately enclosed. When converted into 2 separate apartments, each provides complete privacy, with its own private Entrance and Parking and own outdoor/garden area and sea view. Each one fully equipped for self catering and there is no sharing of facilities. It can be easily turned into one large home to cater for the large family/group. It is approximately 600 metres from the Coast, nestled up the tropical mountain with Ocean View. The Beautiful and popular Anse Royale Beach is around 3 minutes away by car. 600 metres down to the coast also has a beach as well, but Anse Royale beach, only 3 minutes way is the one we recommend and it also offers some good snorkelling spots. Some other beaches nearby just to name a few are:Anse Parnel ( under 3 minutes) Anse Forbans ( 5 minutes) Anse Intendance ( 7 to 8 minutes, voted amongst one of the best on Mahe) Anse Takamaka ( 10 minutes away) Other Nearby facilities: -apart from the number of beautiful beaches nearby you will also find around 3 minutes away from the Villa the following:- Restaurants(3), Pizzeria(1), Take Away food outlets(2) , Banking facilities (including Foreign Exchange Counters/Kiosk) , Shops and Mini Market for your shopping, hospital, service (petrol) station, police station, water sports centre. Can arrange pick up from Airport. In relation to Villa, Public transport nearby- 50 metres away scheduled 3 times a day, but 600 metres down on the coastline bus scheduled more regularly. Short stays available. Discount applies for long stays(depending on length of stay). Rental Rates are per facility-weekly(Inclusive of all taxes)- With main larger option (accommodating 4) Euro 945 weekly( 135 per night) and with other option( smaller living area by blocking part of Residence, rate is Euro 805 weekly(Euro 115 per night) accommodating up to 4 persons. Rates for option of taking the whole place or accommodating more than 4 , available upon request. Rental rates includes all taxes, bills, cleaning and change of towels after every second day, change of bed linen weekly, and also includes starter pack to help get you started.
