Description of objectOur Jolly Lake House is a large gorgeous home sitting on a slightly elevated sight directly across from the lake at Lake Tarawera. The home is situated for all day sun and sweeping panoramic views of the lake and mountains from the front and gorgeous farmland and native bush from the back yard.
Centrally located it is only a short two minute walk to picnic areas, white sand beach and swimming area, park and playground, tennis court and boat launching facility. This spacious attractive and beautifully maintained property offers the ideal escape. The home features 4 generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including ensuite, easy open living areas downstairs with superb outdoor flow to outdoor living and dining spaces. Upstairs a second lounge enjoys stunning views over Lake Tarawera and opens to a balcony which can also be accessed off the master bedroom. The gardens and landscaping are delightful and surrounding native bush on two sides provides wonderful privacy and atmosphere. A single garage and a long private driveway provides ample parking for several cars and a boat.
