Description of objectGîtes La Lauze is situated at Labastide de Virac (07150).The house has a large garden (2400 m²) and has a heated private swimming pool (9x6m). The house is divided into 3 separate house, each 80 m² for max. 6 people. The houses can be rent separately, with 2 or all 3 together (max. 18 pers.). Every house is completely seperated of the other and has a covered terracce wich is separated from the neighbour by a mobile separation. So you always have the possibility to create a terracce together with the neighbours. Compostion of a house (all houses are the same): Ground floor: - kitchen: totally furnished - washing machine - living room with satellite TV - bathroom: shower, toilet, wash basin (2x) - bedroom 1: 1x double bed - covered terrace with bbq and furniture 1st floor: - bedroom 2: 4x single beds In the garden of the house, we find the heated swimming pool (9x6m),the children\\\'s playground with maxi-trampoline (,...) and a lot of places under the trees to repose and relax... Location of object1h10 drive to Nîmes, Avignon.Town: France, Gorges de l'Ardèche, Labastide de ViracVilla La Lauze is situated at the old and beautiful town Labastide de Virac, about 10 min. drive to the touristic center of the Ardèche, Vallon Pont d\\\'Arc.From Labastide de Virac you can walk to the Gorges de l\\\'Ardèche (about 30 min. hiking) and there swim in the Ardèche at a unique place. At the village there are 2 restaurants, both recommended, and there is the\\\'Château des Roures\\\', worth seeing. Labastide de Virac is the ideal starting point to discover the Ardèche, but gives also the oppurtinity to make a trip to Nîmes, Avignon, Uzès,...
