The villa is very nice and built in the "modern Style of the sixties". On the groundfloor you find the kitchen (with many amenities like dish-washer), one toilet and the dining and living area with open fire-place. From the living-area you have access through glass doors to the terrace.
On the second floor you find three bedrooms with balconies and one bathroom. Also you have a roof-terrace with great views.

This volla are situated on private ground (400 m²) in a very quiet and most wonderful place of the Costa Brava.
The villa is situated near to San Marti d’Empuries (only 2 km far from La Escala). San Marti d’Empuries is a very old and very small, calm place with about 50 stone-houses and has a lot of atmosphere.
There is a marketplace with some terraces, restaurants and shops.
