Description of objectIt's a spacious cottage and can accommodate up to 8 persons. This cottage has its own big and very private terrace facing south, with a swimming pool of 11 x 4.5 meter with heating.On the ground floor you'll find a sun lounge/conservatory with direct access to the terrace; a large living-room with a French interior and a lovely fireplace with build-in wood stove; a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing a real French meal. In a half-timbered house, which has a direct connection with the living-room, you'll find the bathroom. On the upper floor you'll find an extra toilet, three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and an extra balcony offering a terrific view over the Aveyron valley with its marvellous sunsets. Downstairs has a tiled floor and upstairs has a parquet floor. All rooms have central heating on wood. Firewood is available. Location of objectDomaine Ginestous is idyllically and quietly situated just below a hill top at an altitude of 500 metres, near the little village of La Bastide l'Evêque, in beautiful countryside, surrounded by woods and several streams and rivers.Town: France, Aveyron, La Bastide l'EvêqueIn our village, La Bastide l'Evêque, you'll find a very nice café with restaurant. But also a bakery and a post-office. It is a small fortified village with a tower, founded in 1280 by the bishop of Rodez.
