Description of objectIn the summer season from december until march we rent our house.
On a 450 m² lot we have a big grill made of brick under a 20 m² roof which allows to enjoy the fresh breeze from the nearby ocean even on rainy days.
The familiy friendly beach of La Aguada which is also the most popular in the surf community is only 2 1/2 blocks away.
The house offers space for 6 people in 2 Queen sized beds and a bunk bed, 2 bathrooms (plus an outside shower) kitchen (with microwave), living/dining room (cable TV).
There is a car port under a roof if needed and suficient space in the garden to play if you should come with children or a pet.
Location of objectThe location is most popular with families (for the save beach) and adolenscents. The 2 km to the center of La Paloma make a nice walk or rent a bike to ride along the Atlantic to get there.
