Description of object

This luxury, detached house is equipped to the highest standard, with all furniture being locally handcrafted from the finest Senegalese hardwood.

The lounge includes digital satellite 32' LCD TV and sound system, whilst the kitchen boasts a large fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dual gas and electric cooker,toaster,full automatic washing machine, electric kettle and water heater.
The en-suite master bedroom sports a queen size bed for your extra comfort. Two further bedrooms, one double and one twin, both served by full wet room, complete the ensemble.

A/C and fans in all main rooms.

The patio doors open onto a large shaded veranda, leading to a spacious, tastefully paved and landscaped garden,which also includes some young fruit trees, complete with patio chairs, tables, sunbeds etc, PLUS a very large swimming pool and a generator for occasional power outages.

100 metres off the Bertil Harding Coastal Highway, next door to exclusive 'Coconut Residence hotel', whose garden abuts Sunny Haven.

The house is situated in the quiet residential village of Kerr Serign and is mere ten minute stroll to the many bars, shops, restaurants and clubs of the main tourist area of Senegambia. The palmfringed, endless beach is just as close, with the popular monkey park, in Bijilo Forest, nearer still.

If you prefer staying even closer to home, local shops, Rosies restaurant, the Coconut Residence hotel and an internet cafe are all within two minutes stroll, with other bars, shops and markets in very close proximity.

TRANSPORT:
We can arrange your airport pickup.
Baxe, the driver, is a close neighbour. He drives a 10 seat airconditioned car and is on time, very reliable and can do guiding too. He and Amie (in the staff house next door) can organise reasonably priced, tailor-made excursions.

CATERING:
Cooking service available as optional extra.
Water, softdrinks and beer can be delivered by the staff.

MASSAGE:
'Our' spanishtrained, experienced masseur, Binto, has been a popular option. Contacted the day before, she comes to Sunny Haven doing massage inside or on the sunbeds outside.

PRICE INCLUDES:
1 week stay for 2 persons.
Gas. Water. Security. Pool maintenance. Garden maintenance.Cleaning weekly and at departure.

Electricity (cash meter) is not included in the rent price.
Extra cleaning of house or washing of clothes during the stay can be agreed with the maid at reasonable prices.
