Description of objectComfortable 5 bed semi Detached Villa in Turkish Sitesi setting.Self catering, Sleeps 8 comfortably , Roof terrace, 1 main bathroom, 3 toilets Fully Kitted Kitchen, Dish Washer, Fridge, Separate freezer, Cooker, Gas Hob Washing Machine, HiFi and CD players, Water Cooler. All bedding is included will be laundered once you leave. The location is rural but set in beautiful grounds on the Denizciller Sitesi Kizilot. The grounds have a large pool, smaller children’s pool and children’s Play area, securely fenced and monitored. There is a small market on site, however the main supermarkets are either 15 mins to Avasallar or into the main town of Manavgat 20 minutes away. There are two large all inclusive Hotels within walking distance, they have been known to give a day rate whereby you pay a fee to eat, drink and use the facilities. To summarize. Our home is more of a base to explore whilst having a haven of tranquility and quiet to return to. Stock up on nice things to eat and drink and chill by the pool. This is not the sort of destination if you are looking for night life, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. They are available, but you need to travel to Avasallar or into Side the main resort which is 25 min by car or taxi. We very much advise that you use the Municipal beach 10 min away towards Avasallar at Incekum Beach , it has all the water sports, bars/Cafes , clean toilets ,showers and even massage all run by friendly staff. You can also follow the signs to the Green lakes in the mountains for cool swimming in lakes north of Manavgat. The other residents are Turkish and have made us very welcome, they see us as their English family and do look after us. Things to be aware of……. You will need a car. We can arrange rental through our man at ABS cars who will pick you up and ensure you arrive at your destination. The House does not have hot water in the Taps, However the Shower, Dishwasher and washing machine all self heat. To be honest with the heat in the summer you do not miss it… AC down stairs is included.
