Description of objectThe house was constructed 1994 on a 1244 m2 sea side real estate with private beach. It was renovated in spring 2009.
The holiday house follows in many features consequently the typical rural Pomeranian life style and ambience. Nevertheless our guest won't miss the high comfort of a today's exclusive holiday domicile.
Location of objectKinnbackenhagen is an absolutely calm and quite village with only a few former fisherman's houses and fruit gardens in a very remote rural area between two small forests along the coastline.
There is no through traffic in the whole village. A small private marina is located in the village.
Despite all 'solitude' and 'privacy' you can, if you like, reach the touristy hot spots of the Sea Coast with Discos, Bars and Sea Promenades in a few minutes only.
Locals call Kinnbackenhagen sometimes 'The Malibu of Stralsund'

The village itself is part of the bigger village of Gross-Mohrdorf whose church was documented in the second quarter of the 13th. century the first time.
