Very Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa situated close to Senegambia Beach (10 minute walk). Own swimming pool. Quiet, safe residential area (Kerr Serrign). Satellite TV, DVD player, CD Player, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker.
Bath and beach towels provided

Large, airy and bright house.

The lounge has corner sofa, satellite TV, DVD player and CD player.
The kitchen has fridge/freezer, gas cooker, automatic washing machine, and all utensils.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom which has bath with shower over.

Two additional bedrooms, one double and one with 4 single beds which share a wetroom style showeroom, toilet and basin.

A/C and fans in all main rooms.

Outdoor pool wtih chairs, tables and sunbeds .

We have a back-up generator and water tank as well as being connected to mains electricity and water.

Town: Gambia, Kerr Serrinn/Senegambia Beach, Kerr Serrign

The house is in Kerr Serign, ten minutes stroll to the main tourist area of Senegambia. The beach is also just 10 minutes walk.
