Description of objectHouse in Bali (Construction: 2001)
The two-floor house is located in a quiet back road in Kerobokan, in the north of Kuta. The walled land has 400 square meters. Not far from the beach there is always a pleasant breeze. The garden has beautiful tropical plants and a small pool (5m x 3m).
The living space of 170 square meters consists in the ground floor of a large living room, a small bedroom, a small open kitchen, a small bathroom with shower and 2 roofed terraces. In the first floor are 2 bedrooms with AC, 1 with a roofed balcony and rice field view, on request with a baby cot. The large bathroom is bright and offers a bath tub with hot water and a shower.
All rooms are furnished with stylish teak wood, bamboo and rattan furniture and come with a refrigerator, gas stove with exhaust hood, washing machine, TV (local channels only), DVD-player, small stereo equipment, telephone and 24h internet (WLan). The kitchen has basic kitchen utensils, tableware and cutlery.
The neighbour is a trusted Balinese lady, who cleans the house daily. On request and for extra costs she could wash the clothes and cook Indonesian food.
Location of objectThe two-floor house is located in a quiet back road of Jl. Raya Kerobokan, about 10 minutes by car from the beach. Within walking distance are shops for convenience goods, a market and a Balinese snack bar (warung), in 5-10 minutes by car shops for imported food.
Town: Indonesia, Kuta, KerobokanKerobokan is the new centre for gourmets, art lovers and night owls. North of Kuta and Legian are excellent restaurants with local and international food, trendy bars, fancy fashion and arts & crafts boutiques, art galleries and furniture shops with Balinese teak wood furniture. The wide beach isn’t crowed.
