Description of objectThis fantastic 5800 square foot beachfront property is located at on the ‘South Finger Beach’ of the popular Jolly Harbour Marina complex in Antigua. The beach is about 100 ft wide and a couple miles long. There is an amazing view of the Montserrat Volcano (erupting daily), St. Kitt’s, Nevis and Redonda. Very few people are on the beach in close proximity to the house because the entire street is gated. Most people stay about 1,500 feet to the south, where there is a beach bar and restaurant. It is peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating.Some of the highlights include: v 5 luxurious bedrooms all with four poster beds, large walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms v In ground pool v Comfortable beach loungers and umbrellas v Fully loaded kitchen, with stainless steel appliances v Satellite Television v AC and ceiling fans in all the rooms v Able to sleep up to 12 people v Crib, high chair & baby toys available On entering the villa you have the main hall leading to the spacious open-plan lounge area and onto a pool deck, keep walking just a few steps and you’ll be on the beach and walking into the blue ocean. Another benefit with the rental of this property is a mooring which extends the full width of the property at approximately 90ft. It’s the perfect executive rental property with everything on hand so you don’t even need to leave the complex. The beach house is managed by Ron and Jamie Tarter – we are Canadians who came to Antigua ten years ago. You are not just renting a beach house, but you are going to receive 24/7 service from Ron and Jamie, to help make your vacation enjoyable and worry free. We advise all our customers on restaurant and activity selection, interesting sights and just about any questions you have about the Island. We are here to make sure everything in the house is functioning to a high standard and resolve any little things that come up.
