Description of objectThis family home sits on a prime location in the hills overlooking both Ibiza town as well as the sea. A spectacular and mesmerizing view...The house holds a singular location in the prime Urbanicacion of Ibiza (Can Furnet above the village of Jesus). A guarded entry leads to a private road, guaranteeing privacy and safety. The house has two large floors, each with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom is fully equiped with ample cupboards. A very large living room upstairs and a second small one downstairs give you more individual space. The upper floor has a big, open-plan kitchen with a 10-seater dining table looking out over Ibiza town and the sea. Every single room upstairs has its own terrace and the living area upstairs opens up to a further large terrace overlooking Ibiza and the sea(complete with another 6-seater dining / breakfeat table outside). The view is about 180 degrees and is spectacular both night and day. The sunsets are marvellous. The downstairs room all open up to a big terrace (more dinning tables) that leads onto the pool and lounge area. The pool is approx. 15 x 5 meters and is surrounded by loungers and sun-umbrellas. This whole area is surrounded by garden and trees, is entirely private and can not be seen into by neighbours. The house features all amenities and has the feel of a true home. This is especially noted in the very personal furnishing, the painings and books, all of which will let you feel at home with a friend. We do however expect you to please look after the house, as you would with a friend's house. To help in this, Simona the cleaning lady comes around twice a week (5 hours per visit), taking care of absolutely everything (cleaning, washing). Heike the house-keeper comes around once a week to check on functioning amenietes(water, electricity, gas, etc) and finally Pepe comes to clean the pool once per week. The house is in excellent shape and we want it to stay that way :) Location of objectThe house is in the private 'Urbanicacion' of Can Furnet. This is a closed community of private houses and villas. Can Furnet sits in the hills above Ibiza town, facing the town and the sea.
