Sunny side cottages are perfect for short getaways and ideal for longer stays to explore the Cape region.The cottages can be rented separate or together, perfect for two families with their own privacy.
Both units can use the secure off street parking on property, behind a remote gate controlled of the main house, which is on the same premises.
Unit 1;
Two storey self catering cottage. Sleeps 4
Ground floor; cosy open plan living with fire place and TV/ DVD player.
The dining area overlooks the outside entertainment area with the Beachpool and BBQ (braai). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hot water kettle, toaster and microwave.
The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor;
Waking up in the main bedroom, with queen size bed, you have the mountain view from the glass stained balcony doors.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The family bathroom consists of a toilet and bath.
Unit 2;
Ground floor cottage cosy open plan living with fire place and TV/ DVD player leading to the dining room and open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 and has a hot water kettle, toaster
,dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer.
Walled outside entertainment area with furniture and a solar heated Jacuzzi.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen size and two single beds.
The bathroom is spacious with separate shower, bad and toilet.
