Description of objectThis Cape Dutch house is very homely decorated with Colonial and African influences. You can feel the care and personal touch as you walk through this spacious home, every room is boosting with character. Funky coloured walls, railway sleeper beams, wooden floors and window shutters, beautiful finishes, entertainment bar, colonial leather chairs in the bedrooms, interesting African art and paintings, antique cupboards, desks and wardrobes.Five spacious bedrooms, 2 lounges with French doors leading onto the garden with sparkling pool and Jacuzzi, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 4 bathrooms. The house is ideal for one large - or even two families.
It consists of a main house (sleeps 6) and a cottage (sleeps 5), interleading with a smooth flow as if they where one unit, yet both completely self-contained with the possibility of using separate entrances.
Luxury home comforts can be found throughout the house such as heaters, fan’s, TV’s (DSTV + Mnet), DVD player, video recorder, quality Hi-Fi CD player, hairdryers, games, dishwasher and quality beds. Both kitchens are fully equipped, including washing machines and tumble dryers.
Outside braai (barbeque) facilities with rustic shady patio cover.
