Beautifully restored farm building in a rural setting. Overlooking undulating countryside,in a secluded position with no passing traffic. Easy access to all southern beaches and medieval towns of southern brittanysuch as Vannes, Auray and Josselin. Having a private garden area with patio and barbeque facilities plus the use of the farm grounds and main swimming pool. The Pressoir also has it's own private plunge pool. Fitted to a high specification. Linen provided.

Secluded rural position with views of undulating countryside to every aspect. Situated at the end of a lane and only having one neighbour the farm has no passing traffic. The gîte is located around a large courtyard to an old non working farm

Town: France, Brittany, Guénin

Guénin is a small village 3km from the property. It has a large lake with pedalos, mini golf, childrens swings and things and a small paddling pool area. There is a boulangerie, charcuterie and two bars.

The nearest town is 5km in the opposite direction and boasts three supermarkets and a small saturday market
