Description of objectHandsome, secluded and authentic 19th cent. Lucchese charm villa, high on hills above the Versilia beaches, with surprising view over sea (3km bird’s eye, 10km per road), salted lakes of Massachiuccoli (ornithologic reserve) and mountains (Apouane Alps).The villa, stand alone, is surrounded by a terrace garden in a private property of 7 Ha of olive trees and woods. Place of quietness, charm, culture and nature. Between Lucca (18km), Viareggio (11km) and Camaiore (8km). Close to Tuscany’s best cultural jewels (Pisa -28km-, Lucca, Pietrasanta -15 km-, Massa Maritima, Florence (70km). The villa (260m²) is fit for housing up to ten persons. Ground Floor: large hall leading on the one side to an elegant, antiques fitted living room with open fire, and, on the other side, to a dining room with superb ceiling decorated with Tuscan frescoes. Its table hosts some ten guests. Fully equipped kitchen (dish-washer, washing machine, MWO, large gas cooker, table fit for some eight guests). Bathroom, wc. First Floor: five sleeping rooms with panoramic view over sea andor mountains. South-west room with double bed 1.80m., large office table; South room with double bed, decorated ceiling, balcony et small lavabo; East room with double bed 1.60m, desk and small lavabo. The fourth room has a double bed and a single bed. The fifth room is a children room with a single bed, upper beds and a baby bed. Bathroom with wc. Garden: full south, face to the sea : dominates a former terrace olive trees exploitation; it is surrounded by a small wall and offers a panoramic view. It has a shadow tonnelle covered by a spectacular glycine, a large pergola and barbecue. The outside table and parasols host at least fifteen guests. The olive trees terraces are accessible for the most and offer a wonderful playground for children. Sea: Viareggio (11km by road) is an Italian fancy, high fashion sea resort. The beaches on the right hand side of the port are paying while those on the left hand side are free. Other Versilia beaches, like Lido di Camaiore are more family-type.
