Description of object

The house is 90mt from the beach. It's a single house on 3 floors: gnd. fl. with living room, kitchen, service toilet; 1st fl. with one double bed room, one bathroom with washing machine and balcony; 2nd fl. with two bedrooms, one balcony.Maximum allowance 4/5 people.
The house looks at east and faces the Ancona - Pescara railway. Passage to the beach is guaranteed by the nearby underpass

Location of object

The Medieval historic borgo up above the main resort has fine old buildings and great views out to sea. The ancient 'Torrione' dominates on the town and the sea. The attractive church of Santa Lucia was built in 1597 in memory of the town's most famous son, Pope Sixtus V. Above it all stands the ruins of the old Castle. Ancient walls and the old castle were erected from the 9th century to protect the port from the continuos invasions of the Saracens. Today the medieval balcony offers a breathtaking view of the town and the sea.
The house is for rent from July to September;
July and August full months rent only. June last 2 weeks period could be available. September min. 2 weeks.
