Description of objectIt is a recently renewed , 4-semi-storey house. You will enjoy modern baths, balconies, two huge terraces, one overlooking on the sea and the other on the tiny garden. You will also have 1 garage at your disposal. One terrace is accessible from the huge open space (ca. 100m2) with a living room, dining room and an open kitchen . The other is located at the top, half-a-floor above the storey with 2 bedrooms and a bath. There is another bath, bedroom and hall at the entrance level and one more with 2 bedrooms in the middle.
Location of objectThe house is located in a cozy and calm villa district of Gdynia. The beach, picturesque pier and cliff with a nearby cool restaurant (Taverna Orlowska), a shopping center with several other cafes and restaurants as well as the aqua park are all within the walking distance. It takes 10 minutes by bus or 4 by commuter to reach the city center of Gdynia or Sopot. It takes 20 minutes by commuter to reach Gdansk city center. From Gdynia you can also get to Sopot, Gdansk or Hel peninsula by boat or water tramway.
