Description of objectL’Arenaria holiday house is set upon the hillside of the small town of Fratte Rosa overlooking rolling hills with vineyards & grain fields. Is a comfortable home located only 400 metres from the center of the small village of Fratte Rosa in the north of le Marche. The house is at least 200 years old and was lowingly restored in 2010 according to bio-building criteria. Is comfortable and very silent with beautifull view, an ideal relaxing holiday retreat for families & friends.
Location of objectThe home accommodates up to six people in one double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and one bathroom. Downstaris a cool basemente floor, an exclusive garden with pavillon, chairs, bbq and a vegetable garden are available.
The property is well situated for hiking, trips to the beach, mountain or to heritage hill towns like Urbino. Market day is Monday in Fossombrone, 15 minutes away, and Fano on the coast is famous for its seafood & antiques markets. Arezzo in Tuscany & Gubbio in Umbria are a short drive away.
