Description of objectVilla Kadyanda is a luxurious detached villa with a private pool and Gym and Games Room situated in an elevated position, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over the plateau of Uzumlu. At 500m above sea level the area is blessed with mountain breezes even in mid-summer.From the villa entrance an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen to cater for 12 people. Another archway leads to the lounge with a wood-burning fireplace and a further archway leads into a separate dining room. Also on the ground floor there is another sitting room and a toilet/shower room. Both lounges have TV/DVD/CD and one has a PlayStation together with a library of DVDs, CDs and games. All these rooms have access to the outside veranda with another dining area, a BBQ and the poolside area. Downstairs is a 60m2 room equipped with cross-trainer, weights, punchbag, table tennis, quoits and darts and there is also a toilet/shower and bar area with a Nintendo Wii. The first floor includes an en-suite master bedroom, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All have private sun terraces with stunning views and are fully furnished. The top floor has a large triple family bedroom with hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a large toilet/shower room. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and all double rooms have king size beds. Location of objectLocally the attractions are endless. By the sea there is paragliding, microlites, wind-surfing, sailing, swimming, diving, water-skiing and kite-surfing. While inland there is walking, cycling, mountain biking, quad biking, horse riding and visiting the numerous archaeological sites from the Roman/Lycian times.At Villa Kadyanda we strive to make your holiday a care-free, luxury vacation and to add to your enjoyment we have: SPECIALIST WATER SPORTS TUITION for kite-surfing, wind-surfing, sailing instruction and scuba diving. All courses are run locally from 2-4 days, are run by experienced instructors and qualifications are provided on completion of a course. We can also arrange YOGA courses locally through our agent. INTERNATIONAL AIR GAMES OLU DENIZ LATE OCTOBER An event worth seeing at which there are paragliders, microlites, hot air balloons and anything that flies. The Turkish Air Force also do an aerobatic display and fly past. GYM AND GAMES ROOM We have a 60m2 area that includes active games and fitness equipment such as table tennis, darts, punch bag, weights and a cross-trainer. The area also has a shower room and bar area - ideal for the more energetic members of your party! Town: Turkey, Turquoise Coast, FethiyeThe bustling port city of Fethiye is only 17km and can be accessed by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you hire a car the roads are excellent and the driving is easy. The world famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered lagoon is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs, restaurants and bars. The Greek 'ghost town' of Kaya Koy is also close by.Further away on the road to Kalkan and Kas is Patara with its ancient Roman/Lycian ruins and an unspoilt 20km beach. Saklikent Gorge with its water rafting is also a must to visit. Closer to the villa is Calis which is a 20 minute drive and has a 6km beachfront with various restaurants, bars and night-life, also the nearby Roman hilltop city of Cadianda must be seen. Parties of less than 6 can stay for 2 weeks outside the High season for a 15% discount. Longer stay discounts are available and there are no extra charges. Booking requires a 20% deposit with the balance paid 4 weeks before arrival - these payments can be made by Credit Card on a secure PayPal portal on our website.A free Welcome Pack is supplied and the linen and towels are changed during the weekly clean. The pool and gardens are attended to daily by our groundsman. Our English speaking agent will contact you and he can arrange tours and attend to any needs. |
