Description of objectThe cottage's location in Dovalovo gives you an opportunity to sample the culture of a traditional alpine village with historic churches, shop and forest/mountain views. Just 2km away are the ski slopes/lifts of Hradok, also famous for its famous 13th Century castle. Other ski slopes within easy access include Jan and the world famous Jasna. The renowned cultural town of Liptovsky Mikulas, named after Saint Nicholas is only a 15 minute drive away. Despite all the peacefulness and tranquillity, numerous Winter and Summer activities are available for those who enjoy an active vacation. The area enjoys a typical Alpine climate with snow in Winter and long hot Summers. So if you're looking for an excuse to escape a hectic urban lifestyle, a place where the interests of the whole family will be catered for, this cottage is for you.
Location of object2km from 13th century Hradok Castle (with restaurant). The renowned cultural town of Liptovsky Mikulas, named after Saint Nicholas is only a 15 minute drive away, has lots of good restaurants and night life. Also home to Aqua park Tatralandia, the largest all-year water facility for fun and relaxation in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland. Also within a 20 minute drive are various spa/sauna, horse riding, tennis, rafting facilities and magnificent ice caves.

Increasingly becoming an attractive alternative to the alps and apennines for skiing and mountaineering, the Tatras are simply stunning in their rugged beauty. Eating out and night life is really cheap.
