Description of objectOur villa is surrounded by a small garden and has a (communal) park at the back of it. It has its own small pool set in the garden surrounded by a patio for sunbathing, and a shaded area for non-sunseekers. Inside there is a large lounge with seating, a a smaller dining area and kitchen. Kitchen contains cupboards, fridge, cooker, microwave etc. (we are having a brand-new modern kitchen put in October 2007).
There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with adjoining bathroom (with washing machine too), and another small shower room, toilet,sink for the second bedroom and upstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedroom is in the gallery above the lounge and is large and airy.
Location of object10 minutes from the centre of town by car, with several very good bars/restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The villa is situated on a 'housing estate' which has a central grassy park and villas all around. It is very quiet in that area and there is normally a pleasant breeze so that sitting outside on the patio, even during the day, is possible and nice.
Town: Spain, Spain, DenyaDenya is a small town with a nice centre for shopping. It also has a weekly market for anything you would want to buy. Fruit and vegetable market open daily in centre. There is a good promenade for walking, boat hire, etc. and a pleasant beach which is 5 minutes by car from the villa, or a 10-15 minute walk away. There are many good restaurants and bars on the promenade open at nights until late.
