Description of object

Villa Lily is a very spacious, (95 square metre living area) private, fully air-conditioned duplex villa in Dalyan Turkey. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 and boasts uninterrupted mountain views. The villa is in a very peaceful location just short walk from the centre of Dalyan. Villa Lily is built in a traditional Turkish style with all modern appliances. The large fully fitted kitchen has a beautiful 9 mtr granite work top, dishwasher, full size frost free fridge freezer, washing machine, full size electric fan assisted oven and gas hob, combi-microwave and all crockery for indoor and alfresco dining.

The lounge has patio doors (with a lockable gate, for added safety for little children) that open onto the two private pools, patio area, garden, BBQ and hammocks. There is also a full size TV with Digiturk Satellite TV (film channels, children's channels, Euro sport 1,2 & 3 BBC news & BBC prime are just a few of the channels offered) a DVD, CD player, speaker system for mp3/mp4, ipod & laptop an ipod docking station with speakers, many books and games are also available at the villa.

The master bedroom has a balcony with a table and chairs, a perfect spot to relax and watch the sunset whilst admiring the uninterrupted views of the mountains, the balcony also over looks the pools and the garden. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom; plus there is a downstairs bathroom for added convenience. All linen including beach towels are provided, the villa is cleaned weekly and our very professional bi-lingual management team meets and greets all guest, they are available 24 hours a day, should they be needed.

Villa Lily is situated in central Dalyan,Turkey and is only a ten minute easy stroll (no hills and excellent bloc paved pavements) into the centre of Dalyan, or if you prefer, hop onto the dolmus (bus) which stops at the end of the private lane. The town centre is traffic free in the evenings; and has numerous restaurants, bars and shops to suit all tastes, Dalyan is a very family orientated resort and a perfect place for a very relaxing holiday.

Villa Lily is a few minutes walk from Villa Lahana, with only a cotton field between them, ideal for parties who wish to holiday close to each other. Villa Lily offers the same very high standard of private affordable villa rental as Villa Lahana. Villa Lily is in a very private position yet close enough to the town and all its amenities.

Villa Lily is a 10 minute stroll into Dalyan centre, or if you prefer the dolmus (bus) stops at the top of the private road and will take you to the town.

Dalyan is a beautiful town, with many shops and all kinds of places to eat; the world famous Rock Tombs can be seen from the quayside, a trip to the Mud Baths is a must. The local market is on a Saturday a great place to grab a few bargains. The Iztuzu beach is protected and boasts 7 kilometres of golden sand and remains uncrowded, clean and non-commercial. Dalyan has something for everyone.
