Description of objectMagnificent Villa located just meters from beautiful Cumbuco Beach. Cumbuco is just 30 minutes away from Fortaleza and has a perfect climate all year round with temperatures around 29 degrees!
The Villa is surrounded by a tropical garden and has a large pool and sundeck area. It consists of 4 bedrooms all with private bathroom, air-conditioning and all rooms have large balconies with stunning views.
The villa is in a peaceful location 5 minutes away from the village centre where you will find good restaurants, shops and kite-surfing schools.
All modern appliances are available and there is a huge living/ dining area with tropical garden, large TV, stereo and DVD.
A cook can be provided for 30 reais per day.

Location of objectThe house is a stones throw away from one of the best beaches in Brazil. it is less than 1 kilometer away from the center of Cumbuco and 2,5 kilometers from 'Lagoa the Banana' which is a beautiful lake where you can hire a boat,participate in watersports such a jetskiing, wakeboarding, visit the many small barracas (outdoor cafe's typical in Brazil) or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings it has to offer.

This scenic little town has started to attract more and more tourists, both domestic and international. The reason for this is simple; Cumbuco has the most beautiful, quiet,beach on one side of town and the famous sand dunes on the other side. Cumbuco also has perfect conditions for kite surfing and wind surfing. The small, but always busy center is built around the main square, as in every Brazilian town. It has a fresh fish market,good restuarants,a bar and of course,the inevitable football pitch.
