Description of objectLuxury house with a large master suite and a smaller suite in the main house and 2 seperate apartments in the garden. Both apartments have a bedroom with a double bed, a livingroom and a balcony. there is a possibility for 2 single beds in the livingroom. there is a large swimmingpool, large livingroom in the main house with tv, stereo etc and a large fully equiped kitchen. Breakfast can be arranged at an extra cost.
Location of objectThe house is located on the main road to Cumbuco at about 300 meters from the center and about 100 meters from the beach. The bars,restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Its 30 kms from the center of Fortaleza and 35 kms from the airport.

This scenic little town has started to attract more and more tourists, both domestic and international. The reason for this is simple; Cumbuco has the most beautiful, and quiet, beach near Fortaleza on one side of town and the famous sand dunes on the other side. Cumbuco also has perfect conditions for kite surfing and wind surfing. The small, but always busy, center is build around the main square, as in every Brazilian town, which has a fresh fish market, a church and, of course, the inevitable football pitch.
