Description of objectCasa Silvia is a villa enclosed by green palm trees and also surround by a fabulous sea view in only 100 metres to the beach. In the inside can live comfortably at least 4 people. The house is about 150 square metres and it has an independent entrance, a fantastic green garden and amazing exotic plants. It has got a big and comfortable terrace which goes into a lightly living room and a detached kitchen in a rustic style. The bedrooms are 2, one of them is doble room in an ethnic style and the other one got two beds, this one is in a classical rustic style. The bathroom has got a fantastic mosaic shower all together is a modern rustic style. As well the house has got a big space for laundry with the washing machine,cleaning stuff, and clean bedsheets and towels. Casa Silvia is one of the oldest buildings in Costa Calma, with more than 40 years old but at the same time it is complete refurbished, just ready for you to live unforgettable great magic moments...

Town: Spain, Fuerteventura, Costa CalmaCosta Calma is a tourist housing estate built along the white sand beach. It was built around a little village called "Caņada del Rio". At the moment it is very difficult to distinguish in between both parts. The Beach was the most important growing for the tourism economy but an ideal growing is protected the land as originary. The houses are built around the 70´s and they are divided by a green area which goes along the town. this green part is used as a walking area for everybody...
the cleaning of the sand is done every single day. The "high ranking" hotels are closer to the beach. Bahia Calma housing estate is next to Casa Silvia, together in a soft ramp. This area was the first one for tourism like hotels and renting houses. They are along Playa La Barca which is 2 kms long.
The fast growing of this area has needed an ideal stopped in building that´s why you can find some housing estates now.
There is not a center in this area because the side of the houses is very long, although there are some shops and restaurants that are the center of this area.
