Description of objectTwo bedroom detached villas with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, separate bedrooms with Queen size beds, linen and towels, hot water showers, full cable with movie channels (160) with music channels, ADSL Internet 4 meg hard wired connections, private terraces for dining, swimming pool, laundry room. .We speak English, French and reasonable Spanish. We welcome vacationers and snowbirds wanting to spend quality time in gorgeous Coronado. The atmosphere is very friendly and quiet and you will feel entirely at home. It is ideal for people wishing to relax by the pool, surrounded by an exotic tropical landscape, palms, fruit trees and bougainvilleas with a wide range of land and sea birds. The minimum length of time you can stay in our villas is 7 Days. Our new Low Season Rates,from April 1st to December 1st are: For the 'Las Brisas' Villa, (size 1,500 sq ft)are: 7 Days: $465 14 Days: $590 21 Days: $748 30 Days: $995 For the “Las Palmas” Villa (size : 2,000 sq ft) are: 7 Days: $490 14 Days: $623 21 Days: $793 30 Days: $1,050 Rates are based on 2 People staying in each villa. For each additional guest(s) up to 2 people, we charge $10/per person/per Day. Maximum people in each villa: 4 people. You have to register your guests with us prior to their arrival to Las Bougainvilleas otherwise they won't be able to stay with you. Low Season Special on Extra Guest(s): From May to November 30th, there will be NO charge for guests (Maximum 2 guests) in each villa. In High Season, starting from December 1st to March 31st, there will be a charge of $10/per person/per Day, up to 2 guests in each villa. Long term monthly rates are available for a 1-3 month basis. It is necessary to make a $100 Deposit in US Dollars, with Paypal, (on the Internet) when you reserve a villa with us otherwise, you will not have an official reservation with us. Please write to us to know how to pay for your holiday and to know the name of our Paypal Account, so you can make your Reservation Deposit. Rates differ from the Low Season to the High Season. Our villas are strictly “NON SMOKING” and we do not accept children or pets in our units. Since we are promoting a 'quiet environment' , large group of friends visiting you, with loud music are not accepted. Location of objectLas Bougainvilleas is located in Coronado, across the street from beautiful Playa Serena beach and the Pacific Ocean for swimming and surfing and backing onto the Coronado Golf Club.Playa Serena beach is lovely for early morning or late afternoon walks. Our villas are surrounded by luxuriant exotic flowers, bougainvilleas and palm trees with birds of all kinds soaring in the skies and singing their lilting serenades.... Town: Panama, Pacific Ocean, CoronadoLocated in Coronado, a vacation holiday town along the Pacific Ocean.Bus stop at front only two miles to 24x7 supermarket, shops, restaurants and new Emergency Medical Clinic San Fernando. Two shopping malls, located near the entrance of Coronado plus a 3rd larger one which should open its doors in the month or following one.
