Description of objectOne and two bedroom detached villas with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms, separate bedrooms with Queen size bed, linen and towels, hot water showers, full cable with movie channels, ADSL Internet 1 meg hard wired connections, private terraces for dining, swimming pool, laundry room. .We speak English, French and reasonable Spanish. We welcome vacationers and snowbirds wanting to spend quality time in gorgeous Coronado. The atmosphere is very friendly and quiet and you will feel entirely at home. It is ideal for people wihing to relax by the pool, surrounded by an exotic tropical landscape, palms, fruit trees and bougainvilleas with a wide range of land and sea birds. The minimum length of time you can stay in our villas is two nights. The 2009 rates are: Our rental rates for the “Casita” (size: 650sq ft) are: 2 Days : $160 7 Days: $392 14 Days: $657 21 Days: $825 30 Days: $938 Our rental rates for the “Orchard House” (size : 1200 sq ft) are: 2 Days : $184 7 Days: $451 14 Days: $755 21 Days: $949 30 Days: $1,079 Long term monthly rates are available for a 3, 6 or 12 month basis with a lease.
