Description of objectThis beautiful and unique villa (built 2000) is a modern interpretation of the traditional garden houses that are special to Denmark.
A lovely garden with large terraces lets you enjoy the summer and sun, and even inside the house the light floods through the vast windowareas and lightens up your day.
Location of objectThe house lies in a charming garden house area in a quiet corner of Valbyparken, Copenhagens largest park, only 500 meter from the sea and 8 km from the city center which be reached in 10 min. by car or - even better - 25 min. on bike or public transport.
Town: Denmark, Copenhagen area, Copenhagen SVSydhavnen (the south harbour) lies south of the city center with direct access to the highway to the airport and the bridge to Sweden (8 km) and to the rest of the country.
Is has a charming little fishing harbour, the largest park in the city and a string of traditional garden house areas, originally only for use in the summertime, but now turned into year-round residential areas.

Additional InformationThere is a traditionel bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) on the ground floor, and two bedrooms (hems'es) on the first floor overlooking the main room, secluded from it, but not entirely closed off from it. Some noise from the main room must be expected on the hems'es.
One hems has a double bed 140 cm wide, and the other a single bed 120 cm wide.
In the garden is a "shack" (built 2010, measures 2x4 meters) with a single bed.
