Description of objectA very attractive modern house, which has been completely renovated recently, it is mid terraced, located in a middle sized urbanisation about 100m from the bays of Fuente del Gallo, Conil.This is an ideal family holiday house due to the proximity of the beach and the outdoor space it has, safe environment for children. It is extremely spacious and has a lovely atmosphere. An easy walk takes you to the Flamenco Hotel with bar, restaurant and one of the famous ‘Chiringuitos’ (wooden bar/restaurant on the beach) of this area. There is also a supermarket and a famous restaurant, the ‘El Marinero’ within a 10 minute walk to the house. A 5 minute drive and you are in Conil de la Frontera, a beautiful old fishing town with lots of seafront bars, restaurants and plenty of entertainment. Guests can use the nearby restaurant and pools (one kiddy's/one adult) of the nearby camping ground Fuente del Gallo, an entrance fee must be paid for the pools. The pools are open for the season which is normally from June to September but can vary. Telephone numbers and directions to the camping grounds are in the house folder. The villa is on 3 floors and consists of on the ground floor: Hall: with staircase to first and basement floor; Shower room: with cubicle shower, hand wash basin and toilet; Kitchen: with washing machine and dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine; Living/Dining room: with comfortable sofa and chair, side board, coffee table and TV table, TV and DVD, Satellite English (free view channels), dining table and matching chairs, double doors to the terrace and garden; On the first floor: Hall: with doors leading to 3 bedrooms and family bathroom; Bathrooms: one en-suite to master bedroom; one family bathroom on the first floor with bath tub and shower attachment (glass shower screen); one shower room on ground floor with shower and toilet and hand wash basin; Basement: large bedroom/playroom/TV room (25 sq m), this room has two double sofa beds, 2 double door wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers, TV, coffee table, 2 small seats; A storage room and a built in closet; Door leading to underground garage and two parking spaces; Bedrooms: Master bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, small trunk, built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower attachment (glass shower screen), WC and hand wash basin; 2 twin bedrooms with single beds, bedside tables and built in wardrobes, one of these has a small balcony; Outside: a small garden, a back terrace with garden furniture and BBQ; Secured parking in underground garage for two cars; Location of objectThe towen house Sifia is situated in a middle size urbanisation just a 3 minute walk away from the locel beach, a 5 minute walk takes you to the next cove. The area is residential and quiet.Town: Spain, Conil - Fuente del Gallo, ConilFuente del Gallo is a very attractive suburb of Conil, mainly with beautiful villas in large gardens, there is lovely restaurant called 'El Marinero' and a middle size supermarket. In the summer there are plenty of beach restaurants who offer local fresh fish or just drinks. This property requires a cash security deposit of Euros 150 upon arrival, refunded on the day it is vacated if there are no breakages, loss of keys/remote control, cleaning charges, unpaid utility bills etc. There is a one off end of rental cleaning charge of Euro 50 to be paid.
