It is located within the golf course of Campano Golf San Andres. The Andalucian style property centres in a large plot of 2000sq m surrounded by beautiful gardens and overlooking the 9th hole of the golf course. It is furnished to a very good standard, with space for those of you who wish to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life style, the large and mature well maintained gardens help to promote peace and tranquillity during your stay. The surrounding gardens of the villa have been laid to lawn with features such as a play area for children, a covered heated swimming pool; quiet seating areas, open sun terraces, covered barbecue area, Jacuzzi with covered lounge area and plenty of lawn to wander around on for that well deserved holiday. Villa San Andres is an ideal property for a larger groups (catering for up 10 people), such as families, small business groups, wishing to holiday together or use for a retreat or business seminar or team away days. The surrounding towns of Conil with its compelling night life is less that 12 km away while the oldest city in Europe is 28 km,with its culture and national heritage playing an important part of the Spanish pride of the people that live and work here. Located in the urbanization of San Andres Golf, within this urbanization there are tennis courts, and a 18 hole golf course, restaurant and communal swimming pool with recreation area included. Walks and cycle rides are on the doorstep; 2 km from El Colorado; 10 km from Conil and 26 km from the beautiful city of Cadiz.
