Description of objectThe villa is ideal for either one large family or two separate families wanting to spend their holidays together.A great place to base yourself with easy access to the beaches and other local towns and cities to explore. The villa enjoys stunning gardens with a large terrace, ideal for alfresco dining. The property is fully furnished in a contempory style and is light and airy. The villa sits in walled, flowered, private gardens of 1,000m2. The kitchen leads out onto a large terrace with dining table and soft seating along with a gas BBQ. This leads to a 5m x 1.5m circular sunken pool surrounded by gardens which include a tyre swing and a large trampoline enclosed with safety netting. The villa sits in a plot size of 1,000m2, (20m x 50m) so has lots of space to sit, read, sunbathe, play or just relax. There is parking for two cars on the private drive at the front of the villa and a lawn. The gardens are completley private and are home to many birds. At the rear of the property there is a large terrace with solid wood dining table and cushioned chairs, soft lounge area and 4 sunbeds. Leading from the terrace is a 5.5m diameter sunken swimming pool. Beyond the terrace and pool there is a tree-swing and 4m netted trampoline, perfect for keep any children entertained for hours. Location of objectSituated in a peaceful location surrounded by pine trees, this villa offers the perfect location to unwind but is still only minutes from all the attractions that this area offers.Town: Spain, Costa de la Luz, Chiclana de la FronteraThis region is blessed with some of the best beaches in Spain including the Blue Flag beaches of Barrosa.Chiclana is also ideally situated as a base to gain easy access to the diverse culuture of the region including Cadiz, the oldest inhabited city in europe. Jerez, the home of sherry, dancing horses and Moto GP. Tarifa for extreme sports, whale and bird watching. Seville for culture, Vejer and Conil for local charm and warmth. Chiclana is truly a place for everyone. During August you should experience wall to wall sunshine with the unlikely chance of rainfall. You can expect temperatures between 25c and 35c. The local area of Chiclana has a diverse mix of activities and attractions from award winning golf courses to Blue Flag beaches, tennis to kitesurfing, walking to bird watching along with go-karting, surfing, cycling to name but a few and all within a ten minute drive. The town of Chiclana is typical of the region. Ideal for fresh produce in the indoor market followed by coffee or tapas in one of the narrow bustling streets. Chiclana is also renowned for the port of Sancti Petri with it´s historic fortified castle. It is hear you can also enjoy the many watersports on offer including, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sport fishing, boat trips or even being dragged across the bay on the back of a giant banana. If food interests you, this region benefits from daily catches of fresh fish straight from the Atlantic Ocean. Beef and pork are all farmed locally and offer the dinner the perfect ingredients.
