You enter the house across a large covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining, and to the hallway. The large living / dining room has an open fireplace, two comfortable sofas, coffee table and dining table with matching chairs. There is English satellite TV (with some English channels) and a CD player. To the right is the fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, an electric hob and oven, fridge / freezer and a microwave. The small breakfast bar is surrounded by granite worktops and selected beech woods units. There is a large larder and a door leading out to the back terrace and garden; off to the left is a shower room / WC. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built -in wardrobes and windows looking out to the garden. Along the hallway are two twin bedrooms, one with its own terrace and a bathroom with shower attachment, bidet and WC.
Location of objectIt is located in the established quiet neighbourhood of Los Gallos in Chiclana, 200m from bars, restaurants, a large supermarket and other facilities including a bakery and a newsagent. The Blue Flag beach of La Barrosa and the golf courses of Novo Sancti Petri are both within a 5 minute drive.
