Description of objectVilla BollaBrand new 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom (one en-suite) villa with own swimming pool (8mx4m), sleeps 6, in approximately 800sqm walled garden with sheltered terrace to the front of the house and large open terrace around the pool area to the back and to the side of the house, secured parking with space for 2 cars. It is situated in rustic surroundings on the outskirts of Chiclana, near the popular area of El Sotillo, in a small development of several similar houses and about 1.5km to a supermarket with cafeteria, 2km to the beach and holiday resort of La Barrosa and the old fishing village of Sancti Petri. Chiclana town centre is about 4km away. All beaches can be easily accessed by car and there is no shortage of parking spaces. The famous Restaurant “El Soltillo” is very close by, here you will find all sorts of events, like horse riding, bull fighting and organized parties for larger groups, barbecues and flamenco dancing and singing. A short drive away are two 18 hole golf courses, a driving range and pitch and putt courses two minutes away where membership is not required, riding stables and a sports centre. You can also enjoy tennis, surfing, bike hire, quad bikes, go carts, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, horse riding, paintballing, walking, deep sea fishing, plenty to do or just relax on the terrace and enjoy the occasional swim. The villa consists of: Bedrooms: The master bedroom with large double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower; Bedroom 2 also has a double bed - Bedroom 3 has twin beds; All 3 bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and plenty of space; Bathrooms: An en-suite bathroom with shower in the master bedroom and a second bathroom with a corner bath, shower, bidet and WC; Kitchen: A spacious fully fitted modern kitchen with door leading onto the back terrace, fridge/freezer, a gas hob with electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, toaster and electric kettle, also everything else you would need for a self-catering holiday. There is also an iron and ironing board and of course garden furniture, including 2 sun loungers, a table and 6 chairs for the front terrace and a portable BBQ; Living/Dining Room: A large living/dining room with large bay window overlooking the garden and front drive, this room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, English Satellite (free view) a 32” flat screen TV, DVD and a small stereo. It has a sizeable dining table for 6 and a working fireplace; The whole villa is very light and spacious, all rooms have standing fans for summer comfort and oil filled radiators are available for chillier evenings. Every care has been taken to make this villa as comfortable as possible.
