Description of objectIn 1994 we bought my Thai wife and I this townhouse shortly after the establishment. Then we lived there almost 5 years. During this time the house was steadily expanded. The materials were imported from Germany and built by specialized companies. A separate wells to ensure a 100% water, which in the summer months (February-June) from the public water network can not be claimed.
There is often water, due to very little rainfall, then the water by tankers from the mainland to Samui Transport.) Our well water is periodically in Germany. It is up to today, better than the tap water in our home town of Darmstadt, Germany .. Nevertheless, it should not be used for drinking. Brushing teeth and washing up has never been a problem for us out.
The townhouse was mid 2010 new renovated.
Location of objectThe Townhouse is situated in a quiet terraced village about 100m from Lake Samui away. The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk. And überhaubt is everything you want within 10 minutes walking distance achieved. Whether sports activities, restaurants, markets and 'Nightlife.' In our small front garden you will find a small oasis, with lots of green plants and flowers with a waterfall and creek. A dimmable lighting and rattan sofa set from a hammock, and invite you to stay a while. Obviously there is also a barbecue and a small smokehouse. There are different types of daily meals offered on the doorstep, from the sharp Pappaya salad over grilled chicken with Klebreis to various Thai dishes. We are open daily from these flying cookshop eaten. There was never stomach problems or anything like that. The food is always freshly prepared, are extremely delicate and also very cheap.
Town: Thailand, Koh-Samui, Chaweng, Laem-DinThe village Chaweng extends over almost the entire length of the main Chaweng beach. The center is around 1000 meters away from our townhouse. Here is everything your heart desires. From fast-food restaurant, a food stall on, to the Nobel restaurant. There are countless street vendors with their mobile stalls, offering T-shirts, watches, jewelry and lots of Asian accessories. Whatever you want to buy, do not forget to act. No matter what kind of food you like, here you come at your expense. And the service and the friendliness of the Thais will inspire you. This island will pull you in its spell. Let it happen.

Additional InformationThe following service is available from a rental of 2 weeks inclusive. We pick you up from the airport or ferry and drive back out. (For this we need your arrival. - And departure times.) Each guest receives a week a box of mineral water and a fruit basket (late season). If you are in this period have birthday, we celebrate a small grill for you. (See picture on the right, with guests Geburtagsfeier)
