Description of objectCasa Ilse is a tasteful, roomy holiday home, just 3 km away from the marvelous, unspoilt beach 'Praia Verde'. It lies in a newly built, calm urbanisation and has its own pool, groups of seats, sun couches, sun umbrellas and a barbeque. This vacation does not leave anything open to desire. Altogether 3 bedroom, two with large double beds. The third bedroom is with 2 bunkbeds for children. The house has 2 bathrooms, one is an en-suite. Thus here 4 adults and 2-4 children find comfortably place.
In the generous lounge-dining area you will find satellite-to-receiver telecasting and stereoradio and also a cosy fire-place for colder days. Naturally the house has central heating. The kitchen offers all comfort, dishwasher and washing machine is standard. Some days at year the owner uses his apartment lying on the first floor. This dwelling is otherwise not rented. Weekly change of bedlinen, towels (no beach towels) and kitchen laundry, as well as the final cleaning is included in the rent. All additional expenses, except heating, are inclusive. Domestic animals may unfortunately make no vacation here. Casa Ilse is a nonsmoker domicile.
Location of objectThe eastern Algarve is still unaffected by the mass tourism. Most of the beaches are still unspoilt. Children enjoy the friendliness of the Algarvios. All our holidays objects are situatet between Altura and Monte Gordo, about 600 m to 6 km away from the unspoilt beaches. Seven golf courses are in direkt proximitiy.
Town: Portugal, Ostalgarve, Castro MarimThe next purchase possibilities are in São Bartolomeu (1km) for rolls and groceries, Mini-Market, restaurant; Altura (apporx 5 km) with local indoor market, Ecomarché, Loja Fresca, newspapers and restaurants; Castro Marim, local indoor market, Mini-Mercados, post office, pharmacy, Centro de Saude; Monte Gordo ( 6km) with shopping zone, street traders, restaurants, bars and casino or Vila Real de St. António (8km) Lidl, “towel mile”, etc.
From here you can make a trip also with the ferry boat over the Guadiana river to the Spanish town Ayamonte and enjoy a Siesta with wine and Tapas.
