Description of objectNear the beautiful beach of Torre Guaceto, a WWF natural reserve and a protected sea area. The rental property is located in a quiet and restricted area far from city’s noise. The grounds are very spacious and shared in zones: there is a small pine forest, a garden with palms and green meadow, a solarium, the pool area with a wonderful swimming pool.Open from 1st of May until 9th of October, the pool is of exclusive use for the guests of the three holiday villas in the multiple property .13 mt long, it is also perfect also for the kids with a maximum depth of 110 cm in the widest part and 60cm around the little island. There is a wooden gazebo, with chairs and sun-beds. Moreover, around the swimming pool there are different spaces: rock garden, green grass around an olive tree, solarium, with trani’s stone floor. Villa Silvia is the middle of the three holiday homes in the estate of 9000 sqm. The estate is completely fenced-in and has a large green area with grass, pine trees, olives tree, and citrus plants. It is located in a quiet and restricted area far from city’s noise. This is a one-story house equipped with air conditioning and an anti-theft device. It sleeps 4 plus 2 with a sofa-bed. There are 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom), 1 bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a cooking corner. The entrance looks out to the solarium and the swimming-pool, and beside the house there is a feature building with barbecue and wood oven, where you can enjoy preparing tasty pizzas or grilling delicious meat that you can buy from the local farm, known for its genuine meat Location of objectThe villa is near the Serranova village,a small Carovigno’s suburb, in Puglia, the heel of Italy, It’s approximately 20 km in the North of Brindisi and 80 km in the south of Bari. For those who are coming from Bari, drive to the motorway E55 Bari-Brindisi direction Brindisi. After approximately 80 Km from Bari, exit to Serranova - Torre Guaceto and continue to the village of Serranova that is 5 Km far from the motorway. For those who are coming from Lecce or Brindisi, drive to the motorway E55 Brindisi-Bari direction Bari. After approximately 20 Km from Brindisi, exit to Serranova - Torre Guaceto and continue to the village of Serranova that is 5 Km far from the motorway. The airport ' Papola' in the norther part of Brindisi, (nearest to the motorway E55) is 20 km far from the villa. Every day flights connect Brindisi with the international airports of London, Milan and Rome The main train stations are Ostuni and Brindisi, distant both approximately 25 Km.
