Description of objectThis masterpiece, located on the highest road in Clifton, stretches over four levels and has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and accommodates 14 guests easily.On street level is the double garage for two vehicles and additional off-street parking in the front of the house for four more vehicles. The First level down is the living area with beautifully decorative lounge, dining and kitchen area. A second private lounge can be found around the corner on the same level, both with their own fireplaces. The lounges walk out onto the deck overlooking the ocean and Clifton beaches. The second lounge offers television, DVD and DSTV. Extra water closet in lounge areas are available. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The terrace has comfortable loungers and a fireplace for barbecues. There is a first bedroom on this level with twin beds, television, DSTV and heating facilities. The second level offers wireless internet connection. There are four bedrooms on this level. The main bedroom offers a king size bed, television, DVD and heater, walk-in cupboard and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The third bedroom has twin beds (which can be converted to a king size bed) with heater and television. There is a separate bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed, heater, fan and en-suite shower behind cupboard doors. The fifth bedroom has twin beds (also easily converted to a king size bed) with fan, heater and en-suite shower. There is a separate laundry area on the second level with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The third level down offers a complete lounge and dining area with its own kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a DVD collection in the lounge area and an extra shower next to the lounge, which is comfortable and convenient for the pool deck, also located on the third level where another entertainment area with barbecue facilities next to the rimflow pool. A sixth bedroom is located on the third level offering king size bed, en-suite bathroom with oval bath and shower, walk-in cupboard and direct access to the pool deck. The seventh bedroom with king size bed is located next to the sixth bedroom. This room has no views. The house is alarmed and linked to armed response. Housekeeping is included in the rate (Mon - Fri, except public holidays). Wireless internet facilities are available, and a telephone is available for local calls only. There is an elevator between levels 1 and 3. Although the water is very chilly, on a hot summer day it does make for a refreshing dip.
