The house has a typical spanish character in a beautiful landscape. There is a loggia and a terrace as well as a swimmingpool. The ambiente inside is of good taste and you have a nice view. You reach he beach (800 mts)and a restaurant as well as a supermarket easily by foot.

Location of object

The house is situated not far from th sea. You reach it by a sideroad, which is not frequently used. The house is 20 mts off this road, thats why it is very calm.

Town: Spain, Costa Blanca, Calpe

By car it only takes 5 minutes to get to Calpe with its beautiful beaches with evrything you need (especially for kids). In Calpe you have various good restaurants in town or in the romantic harbour. From Calpe you could walk up the Penon de Ifach.
