Description of objectThis brand new villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 wc with either shower or jacuzzi. The ground floor is convertable from a huge living area into a living area with an extra bedroom for those who cannot climb stairs. All the amenities of home with 3 tv's, satellite, air conditioning in all rooms and balconies and verandahs for outside living. 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade with restaurants and bars. The Fethiye area abounds with activities - diving, paragliding, ancient ruins, mountain walks, treks through natural gorges, trips to the blue lagoon.

Location of objectAmaliz is located 250 meters from the beach. It is about 50 meters from the main bus route which will pick you up and drop you off wherever you desire. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and is a proper market with till and pricing on the shelves. Across the street are two hotels with restaurants and pools. The turkish custom is that if you buy a drink, you may use the pools. We prefer this as mom actually gets a holiday too without tending to all the people by the pool. Within 5-10 minutes walk are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and an internet cafe. However, the location of Amaliz is on a side street and very quiet. The neighbors are very friendly, and it is likely that Arif will invite you in for coffee.
Town: Turkey, Fethiye, CalisCalis is a small area about 1 KM from Fethiye. Built along the beach, it is still predominately Turkish, though many Europeans live there. It is not a resort town, but becomes lively during the summer with a beautiful promenade. The harbour at Fethiye is lovely and colourful. The turkish markets in both Fethiye and Calis are not to be missed. In Fethiye are beautiful tombs of the Lycians and all around the area are sites or historical interest. The area is surrounded by mountains. This ensures a lovely sea breeze filters through cooling the hot summer days - an unusual advantage in Turkey
