The new constructed apartments are laid out onto two floors offering 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor all with access into the garden (one room with double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk bed), one full bathroom. The first floor comprises a pretty and bright lounge dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and a cloakroom. There is a nice, quietly situated community swimming pool with sun terrace. Absolutely beautiful location in the North of the island. Car not really necessary, there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, chemist´s, hairdresser, bank, etc. Impressing views to the sea.
