Civitella della Chiana is a small village only 15kms far from Arezzo. Motorway exit is 18kms far from the villa.
Most of the historical tuscan towns are easily reachable from here; Florence is 1hr by car, Siena 45 mins, Cortona 1 hr, Pisa and Rome 2 hours
