Description of objectOur house can be rented as a two or a three bedroomed house,different prices apply, the prices quoted are for two bedrooms. The house is on two floors, the groud floor has a good sized lounge/dining area with extendible table, There are two sets of patio door leading out to a very private sun terrace and back garden. In the lounge we have provided colour TV/sky ,As of Sept 07 we now have a new Sky package with a good selection of channels, including BBC1 & 2, ITV 1, channels 4 & 5, Sky Sports 1 & 2, Sky movies1, 2, & 3, Discovery, History, Living, UK gold, Eurosport, Vh1 and many of the free channels, we also have CD and DVD players. We have provided a very good selection of DVD's and a numbe of CD's, books and games, but, feel free to bring your own. There is aircon/heating upstairs and downstairs, in addition we have installled ceiling fans. There is a downstairs shower room with shower, WC and small wash hand basin, upstairs you will find the main bathroom, it fitted with a full sized bath, shower over the bath, toilet,bidet,2 hairdryers and vanity unit.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a full sized cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine toaster, orange juicer, fire extinguisher etc.
There are three bedrooms, two twin rooms and a master double bedroom with verandah and sea view. All rooms have ample storage. One of the twin rooms has fans only, the other two rooms have aircon and fans. We do also provide a cot for babies. We include linen and towels ( please bring your own beach/pool towels).There is a safe in the house for your security and we have fitted a baby gate at the top of the stairs for your safety. We have also provided patio furniture for your comfort in 'Outdoor living'. The sunshine is 'Free of Charge'.
There are two shared swimming pools and a tennis court.

Location of objectOur townhouse at La Fustera is located very close to Calpe, approx 3 klm. It is north of Benidorm. It is approx 1 hours drive from Alicante Airport. Please remember a few euros for the tolls. This was a new property built in 2003 situated in a private residential area.

Town: Spain, CALPE, CALPECalpe is a tradional Spanish town with great atmosphere, with many great restaurants and a wide variety of shops, cafes and bars. The old town of Calpe is certianly worth a visit, especially in the evening.
Calpe has two beautiful white sandy beaches with play areas for children and adults alike.

Guadalest ( the second most visited village in Spain) is a must for its shops, cafes, museums and scenery. |
