Description of object"Casa Carmen's“ approximately 66 sq. metres of living space is divided between two floors. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are accommodated in the upper part of the house. The lower floor contains the living area, a separate kitchen and a small WC.
The living room leads to the Finca's separate kitchen.The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired.
The living area includes a TV set on which of course German channels can be seen, and a small stereo system.
The bathroom on the upper floor is reached by an open-plan stairway in the living area. In addition, there is a second, small guest WC on the lower floor.The two bedrooms are on the top floor. The first bedroom on this floor, with sea views, has a large, wooden double bed, with a matching bedside table on each side.The other bedroom, equipped with a single bed, is on the other side.Access to the private terrace, the loveliest part of the outdoor facilities, is from the living area.
Location of objectDefinitely worth a visit in Icod de los Vinos is the "Drago Milenario“, the world's oldest dragon tree. This tree, at least 600 years old and some 20 metres tall, has captivated visitors from all over the world for decades.
Town: Spain, Teneriffa, Buen PasoThe secluded Finca Sorriba with the two houses, "Casa Candelaria“ and "Casa Carmen“, is located in the idyllic northwest area of Tenerife near La Guancha, close to Icod de los Vinos which owes its name to the winegrowing which has made the area famous. On both sides of the road leading to the village of La Guancha, just 5 minutes in the car, there are shops and supermarkets for the daily shopping.
