Description of objectOur house is comfortably fitted out for 4 persons. It is situated in a private holiday resort, with swimming pool, 2 tennis courts and an area to play boule.The living room, kitchen and toilet are at the ground floor. The kitchen contains a 4 ring electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine. A deep freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, flat-iron, ironing-board and vacuum cleaner are also available. In the living room: sofa bed, table with 5 chairs, high-chair, radio, TV and DVD player. On the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, one of them with 2 single beds (90 x 190), shelves, bed-side table, wardrobe, and the other one with a balcony, 2 bunk beds 90 x 190, bed-side table and wardrobe. The bathroom with bath-tub is also situated at the first floor. A separate gardening room, with 1 gent’s, 2 lady’s bikes and 1 mountain bike is also there. For your stay, we have also a barbecue, garden furniture with 6 chairs, 3 sun beds, sun shades and a children’s sandpit. There is reserved parking next to the house. Location of objectThe region Brétignolles sur Mer offers you many possibilities to explore or relax, in any season. The Atlantic Ocean offers opportunities for you to sail, to surf, to ride on waves, to fish, or swim.Brétignolles is a very well known surf-spot. Many old castles, museums, salt-works. 18-hole golf-course 'Les Fontenelles' rd 15 km. Enjoy a guided trip trough the “Marais poitevin“, also called “Green Venice“, a marshland of 35.000 acres. Le Puy du Fou (90 km) is a large fun park, with a lot of activities and displays by horses and birds of prey. Town: France, Côte de Lumière, Brétignolles sur MerThe house ist situated between St. Gilles Croix de Vie (15km)and Les Sables d'Olonne (20km), rd. 2km from the center of Brétignolles-sur-Mer and 3km from Brèm-sur Mer. It is part of a holiday resort with swimming-pool, children-pool, 2 tennis-courts and boule-place.Nearby baker, restaurants, sailing-school, salt-water-lake, fun-parc.
