Description of objectThe House of the Rowan Berry Tree is a thatched detached house with a large enclosed garden surrounded by decking facing towards a southerly direction with a table and seating area. The house and garden in total is very large - 2,500 square metres. The House sleeps up to 8 people and has three double bedrooms (one ensuite) with a large open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area downstairs. The House has full central heating and a wood burning stove in the living room area for the winter months. There is a TV and a range of DVDs. The kitchen has all modern facilities and in the utility room there is a washing machine. In the garden there is a children's play area with a slide, swing and sand pit. There is the use of 5 bicycles, basketball hoop and a barbecue.
