Description of objectAn attractive and luxurious house at an outstanding location in Bohinj, Ukanc at the Lake Bohinj. The location is idyllic with stunning views, surrounded by woods and Lake Outlook.Amazing nature, very peaceful, aside location. The built is top of the class, only the best materials were used (marble, granite, solid wood …), a villa-like, with no expense spared. Sleeping 7 people. The villa has 3 bedrooms, all with top quality beds and views of the Bohinj valley. The interior of this exceptional villa has a very thoughtful concept of design. Go through the wide hallway, which also leads to cloakroom and a toilet for guests, and you will step into the living room, dining room and a fully equipped large kitchen, made of the best wood. From the kitchen you can step onto a large balcony where you can enjoy nature. Ovens and hobs are of extremely high-quality. All necessary kitchen equipment is provided, including heavy-duty saucepans, toasters and kettles. There is an exclusive fireplace in the spacious living and hunting room. There is also a glass wall with the door leading to a large, partly covered patio with a neat lawn and a well-kept garden. In the workroom there is all the necessary equipment for the top of the class office (a high-quality computer, a color laser printer, fax, copy machine, scanner, paper destroyer, an in-wall safe (security level B) and a high quality leather seating area. A wide staircase leads to the first floor rooms with luxury furniture made of the top-quality wood, with premium floor mats and curtains. The bathroom is very tasty designed and lined with marble and granite. The bathroom features twin sinks and Jacuzzi baths, to ensure that you experience this stunning country in style and luxury. The bathroom has a balcony overlooking the ski resort Vogel. In the bathroom there is an extra ladder radiator. A stunning master bedroom with a large terrace overlooking the Bohinj Lake and Bohinj Valley offers a superb feeling and a sound sleep. The tranquility of the area ensures perfect sleeping conditions. There are extra two bedrooms in the house, both with a balcony. In all rooms there are internet, phone, a TV antenna and a computer network, a satellite signal and DVD-player. All equipment in the house is custom-made. The whole facility has an under-floor heating, providing a superior comfort. The house is heated by a renewable source of energy, a geothermal energy. An alarm with motion an fire detector takes care for the safety of the house. There is also a triple bulletproof glass in the windows and doors and outside there is a lighting system. Security features are excellent. For the most demanding customers there is a possibility of installing surveillance cameras. Parking lot already included in the rental price. This villa fulfills all your wishes. For extra charge a continental breakfasts can be arranged and evening meals can be prepared by a top-class local chef. A laundry and ironing service is available.
