Description of objectMagnificent Newly built Luxury villa suitable for 6 to 8 people. The house is all one level and has its own private overflowing swimming pool. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as an extremely spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen. The views of the Mediterranean Sea are absolutely breathtaking.
Situated in a quiet neighbourhood on a dead end street, the house is built near the rocky cliffs of Cap de Begur which provides this house with stunning views out across the open Sea. The Overflow pool is built cleverly so that it looks as if it is flowing directly into the Sea. There is also a large terrace surrounding the pool all on the same level as the living room which allows for a spacious feel and easy access.
This luxury villa has a modern and stylish design to it. The living and dining area are surrounded by large windows and sliding doors which all provide plenty of light and therefore you have a view of the sea from your living room. The living room has a fireplace, TV, stereo and DVD.
The kitchen is designed efficiently with lots of storage to keep the counters free of clutter. There is a large fridge/freezer, an oven, extractor, coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. The open kitchen allows you views out across the Sea whilst still being able to be a part of the living room and terrace.
There are 4 bedrooms in total and they all share 2 bathrooms. Three of the four bedrooms have direct access to the balcony and have views of the Mediterranean Sea. One bedroom has a double bed, another has two single beds and the other two bedrooms have a single bed and an extra bed which slides out from underneath the bed. Therefore this house is really only suitable for 6 adults or 4 adults accompanied by 2 or 4 children.
Location of objectThe location in La Borna, Cap de Begur is ideal. It is really peaceful as there is no continuous stream of traffic passing by. The house has a large driveway and garage. The beach Sa Tuna is a short drive away and here you will find two delightful restaurants.
Town: Spain, Costa Brava, BegurThe Begur district isn’t called the Spanish Riviera for nothing. It’s the most exclusive part of the Costa Brava. Here you’ll NOT find big hotels or noisy camping sites. What you will find are detached villas with beautiful views overlooking a quiet bay. For a very affordable price you can enjoy a luxurious holiday.
Typical for this area are the ambling hills, wild coastlines, small bays, old roman villages, the nicest golf courses of Europe, dozens of typical Spanish restaurants, beautiful natural surroundings and clean beaches.
The distance from London to Begur is approximately 1544Km and is easy to drive by car. The area offers something for everybody. Golf has already been mentioned, but you can also go diving or snorkeling at the environmentally protected Medes islands. Walk or go skiing in the Pyrenees (2 hour drive), horse riding, sailing, surfing and of course swimming. For culture you can go to the cities of Barcelona, Figueras and Girona, or the local villages. It goes without saying that you can enjoy the sun on numerous small or large beaches like those of Tamariu, Aigua Blava, Sa Tuna, Lla Franc and Sa Riera.
